We are announcing the withdrawal of the records of valuation models register and public information from the field of mass valuations of real estate.
Both records have been transferred to the Public Geodetic Data application, so they will be withdrawn from the EGP application on June 5, 2023.

From 26.9.2022 to 1.12.2022, the "Translation Table ID - EID" zip file is available, which contains the old identifiers link = ID with new identifiers = EID (GeoJSON). The file is located under the infrastructure data.

Information for the users of the e-Surveying data application
We inform you that a new application called Public geodetic data, which is intended to download the free data of the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia from the renovated distribution system, has been published. New application will slowly replace the e-Surveying data application.
It is available at the address: https://ipi.eprostor.gov.si/jgp/ and allows you to download the following data:
Gradually (with the migration to a new distribution environment) we will also add those data to the Public geodetic data application, which are temporarily still available in the e-Surveying data application and do not have the status of archive data.
Detailed information on the content of records, registers and cadastres is available on the portal Prostor and in metadata descriptions.

Status of land cadastre, building cadastre and real estate register data
On 26 May 2022, the process of migrating data to the real estate cadastre began, as a result of which the maintenance of land cadastre, building cadastre and real estate register was discontinued.
In the period between 26.5.2022 and the expected 20.6.2022, the data of the mentioned records in the products and services of the Surveying and Mapping Authority will show the data situation on 26.5.2022.
The data will be maintained in the real estate cadastre after the migration is completed.
Up-to-date data will be visible for the data of the register of spatial units (house numbers, spatial units).

Renovated National General maps
In Chapter 4. National General Map you can download renovated raster and vector national general maps at scale 1 : 250,000, 1 : 500,000, 1 : 750,000 and 1 : 1,000,000.
A new national general map at 1 : 2,500,000 scale has also been added, but there are some fewer layers made than with other general maps.

Real Estate Register - structure change
on Monday, 19th October 2020, the data on the share of the area of the intended use of the land parcel (field DELEZ) will start to be shown to one decimal place, so far the share has been shown only with integers. The structure of the REN_xxx_nraba_parcele.csv file is therefore changing.

Changes of the Spatial Units Register data
On the basis of the article 27 of the Act Amending the Real Estate Records Act - ZEN-A (Official Gazette RS, No. 7/18), the Surveying and Mapping Authority entered in the records of Spatial Units Register data changed boundaries of municipalities.
This has resulted quite a few changes in the graphical data of the Spatial Units Register data - the changes were made for: 212 municipalities, 3,143 settlements and 5,030 spatial districts. As a result the data of other spatial units bound to one of the changed units, have also changed.

Changes in Real Estate Register dataset
For the attributes ID_PLIN in the file REN_stavbe, for SVETLA_VISINA_ETAZE and ID_DVIGALO in the file REN_deli_stavb and for ID_PROSTORA and POVRSINA in the file REN_prostori the conditions were abolished that allowed data to be displayed for only certain types of actual use. Because of this, you can expect a larger amount of records that contain information about the attributes mentioned. A new file with the data structure description is available under Chapter 12. Real Estate Register.

Changes in the Public Infrastructure Cadastre data structure
We are announcing two changes to the Public Infrastructure Cadastre data structure for 2. September 2019:
- 3 new xml files with descriptive information for tube, cable and conduit will be added to the Electronic Communications layer.
- The expanded codelist upgrades the NAT_Z field with information on the use of the height system.
Both changes will also be added to the document with data structure describing.

The data on parcel boundaries from Graphical data on Land Cadastre is too large, so it has been removed from the export. Users can obtain data on parcel boundaries by using the download of graphical data on Land Cadastre for individual municipality.

Change of file names of real estate records
In January 2019, the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia implemented the transformation of real estate records (Land Cadastre, Building Cadastre, Real estate Register, Public Infrastructure Cadastre and Register of Spatial Units) into the new national coordinate system D96 / TM. After finalization, the data will be available in both coordinate systems in the e-Surveying data application. Before the data will be published in D96 / TM, the existing data in the D48 / GK coordinate system will be renamed so that in the names of the zip files and the in the names of the files contained in the zip the tag D48 wilolbe added. In the name of the zip file, the tag will be added at the end, e.g. ZK_SLO_ASCII_A_D48.zip. In the names of the files themselves, which each zip contains, this tag will be added before the date is displayed, for example, ZK_SLO_VK6_D48_dateYYYYMMDD or ZK_SLO_ZKP_D48_dateYYYYMMDD.

Obsolete topographic maps and datasets have been removed from application
With the new year, following outdated topographic maps and datasets have been removed from the application:
According to the National Geodetic Reference System Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 25/14 and 61/17 - ZAID), stated maps and datasets are no longer maintained, and they are obsolete - in some areas even older than 50 years. They have therefore been removed from regular data distribution and from this application.
